The PS 184M Shuang Wen Parent Association is thrilled to welcome everyone back to school, and a special warm welcome to our new families. Read on for everything that’s happening in our community this fall!

Class Directory and Class/Grade Representatives Program

All parents and guardians are asked to complete the PS 184 Parent Directory and Class Reps form.

We are in search of Class/Grade Reps, which is an amazing way to volunteer your time on a flexible basis and foster community in your child(ren)’s classroom. The time commitment is about 1-2 hours per month. Learn more about the Class Reps program here.

You can register your interest using this form, or join our Volunteer Interest Session on Friday Sept. 13 at 8 pm. 

Monster Mash Planning Committee

Monster Mash will be held on October 18 and is the biggest event of the school year. We need you to help make it happen! We’re looking for 5 volunteers to join our planning committee that meets once a week in September and October.

To find out what the planning committee is up to and be invited to their next meeting, email Amber and Ollie at mm@shuangwenpa.org.

班級目錄和班級/年級代表計劃

我們請求所有家長和監護人填寫 PS 184 家長名錄和班級代表表格。

我們正在尋找班級/年級代表，可以利用您彈性的時間來幫助您孩子的班級及社區。每月投入的時間約為1-2小時。您可以通過以下當時了解有關班級代表計劃的更多信息。

您可以根據興趣填寫表格，或參加 9 月 13 日星期五晚上7點的志工興趣會議。

萬聖節夢幻派對企劃委員會

萬聖節夢幻派對（10 月 18 日）是本學年最盛大的活動，我們需要您的幫助來完成它！我們正在尋找 5 名志工加入我們的規劃委員會，該委員會在 9 月和 10 月每週舉行一次會議。

若要了解規劃委員會的最新動態並受邀參加下一次會議，請發送電子郵件至 Amber 和 Ollie： mm@shuangwenpa.org。 

下週：

• 9 月 9 日至 13 日每天與 家長會 見面時間：  家長會的家長志工將於上午 8:15 起在學校入口處與家長聊天 – 每天早上 9 點。可以了解有關今年計劃的更多信息，並詢問有關家長會的任何問題。 

• 志工興趣會，9 月 13 日星期五，晚上8:00： 參加 Zoom 會議，了解如何參與其中，包括為講普通話的人提供的機會。

即將推出的活動：

• 校服交換，在9 月 20 日星期五上午 8:15舉行。

• 返校聚餐和活動展，在9 月 20 日星期五下午 5:30 – 晚上 7:30舉行。敬請回覆

• 9 月 PA 會議，9 月 25 日星期三上午8:45 — 9:45舉行，需本人親自到場。

• 週日家庭遊戲約會。 9月29 日下午 2:30 – 4:30。這是今年的新活動，家長會每月會在附近舉辦家庭遊戲聚會。請參加我們在學校操場的首次聚會！ 

十月份：

• 與柯校長晨早小聚，由家長會主辦。10 月 1 日上午 8:45 – 上午 10:00。

• 衣服交換日，10 月 11 日星期五上午 8:15。

• 萬聖節夢幻派對，10 月 18 日星期五下午 5:30 -7:30。

• 10 月 家長會會議，10 月 23 日星期三晚上 7 點至 8 點
